Christmas Retail Associate – Brent Cross (20 hrs/week)

About the role

The Christmas Retail Associate role supports DCK’s busy peak season at the Brent Cross store, working 20 hours per week across Tuesdays to Fridays. The position is temporary, running until 26 December 2026, and requires a personal vehicle and full driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Receive and put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably retail or fashion.
• Sales or retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a full driving licence.
• Own an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
