Claims Commercial Manager - Third Party

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Manager to join our Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) claims team. Based in Leicester with a hybrid working model, you will help deliver our commercial and trading strategy, driving indemnity savings and optimizing claims spend.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Third Party/TPPD strategy to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Drive data‑led performance improvement across commercial, supplier management, engineering, operations, audit and external suppliers.
• Manage contractual relationships with external suppliers to achieve excellent commercial and customer outcomes.
• Identify, own and improve the commercial performance of key claims components.
• Manage risk and business continuity within the department, developing mitigation strategies.
• Analyse data to uncover opportunities for indemnity savings and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in claims or insurance, or commercial management in regulated sectors such as financial services or energy.
• Strong commercial and analytical ability, comfortable using data to inform decisions.
• Experience managing supplier contracts and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in risk management and business continuity planning.
