Claims Concierge – Private Clients

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Concierge to join our Loss Adjusting Division, working from our Bolton, Birmingham or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. You will deliver first‑class customer service, act as the primary point of contact for client and customer queries, and ensure that all property claims are proactively managed to a successful conclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical service and exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Communicate proactively with clients, adjusters and internal teams, prioritising telephone contact to keep claims moving forward.
• Support field adjusters, ensuring adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Promote and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Escalate issues appropriately according to company procedures and licensing requirements.
• Take ownership of issues and drive them to satisfactory resolution.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of property‑related claims and principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good IT competency and literacy.
• Demonstrated personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Desire to innovate and deliver market‑leading service.
