About the role

The specialist claims consultancy division of an international broker is seeking a Chartered Loss Adjuster to join a high‑performing team serving commercial clients across the South of England. The role is primarily home‑based with occasional visits to regional broking offices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage commercial property loss claims for a diverse SME client base.
• Handle the full range of property perils, coordinating with Surveyors and Forensic Accountants.
• Attend regional broking offices as required while maintaining a remote working routine.
• Deliver timely, efficient loss adjustments in line with company standards.

Required profile

• ACILA qualification (or significant progress towards it).
• Strong background in commercial property losses, both above and below the major loss line.
• Residency south of Birmingham, ideally within the broader South East region.
• Motivation to work in a quality‑focused environment after previous adjusting experience.
