Claims Progression Specialist

About the role

As a Claims Progression Specialist based in Swindon, you will oversee customer cases from the initial notification through to final resolution. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring each claim moves smoothly while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple claims simultaneously, tracking progress against service level agreements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate case records using internal claim management systems.
• Identify and minimise delays, escalating issues when necessary.
• Produce regular reports on claim status and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, claims handling or case coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Calm under pressure and able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and familiarity with service level agreements.
