Claims Recovery Representative – Damage Recovery (Aldershot)

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Damage Recovery Unit in Aldershot as a Claims Recovery Representative. You will be responsible for managing and recovering vehicle damage claims across the UK and Ireland, working closely with insurers, customers and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review damage claims and assign appropriate collection strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with individuals, insurance companies, corporate clients and credit‑card firms.
• Maintain accurate claim records and interpret loss data.
• Recover invoices and liaise with third‑party insurers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Prioritise claims based on analysis and make sound decisions on workload.
• Communicate with business and retail customers over the phone, handling difficult conversations professionally.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance, claims, debt recovery or sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data.
• Confident in negotiating and recovering outstanding invoices.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and third parties on the phone.
• Target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
