Class 1 Driver – Deliver Groceries for Iceland Foods

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers to join its Swindon hub, delivering chilled, frozen and ambient products for Iceland Foods. You will work on a two‑week rotating roster, averaging 48 hours per week across five days.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑drop shipments of refrigerated and curtainside trailers to Iceland stores.
• Operate Class 1 articulated trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading cages and pallets.
• Collect empty cages and pallets and return them to the depot.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with C&E entitlement.
• Less than six penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements.
• Proven experience as a Class 1 driver handling refrigerated loads.

Required skills

• Class 1 articulated truck operation.
• Knowledge of Lock & Drop procedures.
