Class 1 Driver

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join its Bolton transport team. You will work on a full‑time, permanent basis delivering goods for the Currys partnership, following a 5‑on‑3‑off pattern with start times between 16:00 and 22:00.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods using single and double‑deck lorries to retail stores and customer premises nationwide.
• Complete 2‑3 deliveries per day, handling both palletised and free‑standing items.
• Safely unload goods, using two‑person lifts where required.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 current penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements (DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT99).
• Previous experience driving category C+E vehicles is desirable.
