About the role
Berry Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a national logistics client for an ongoing HGV Class 1 driver contract. The position starts immediately and covers both day and night shifts across a busy operation.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy goods vehicles safely on assigned routes.
- Deliver goods to high‑profile clients and interact with the public.
- Maintain accurate navigation using personal maps.
- Adhere to client insurance requirements and company policies.
Required profile
- Valid Class 1 HGV licence with only minor points (e.g., speeding).
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent customer‑service attitude.
