Class 1 LGV C+E Driver – Distribution (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Class 1 LGV C+E driver to join our Severnside depot in Stonehouse, delivering milk and ingredient products to supermarkets and distribution centres across the South West. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a regular Tuesday‑Saturday shift pattern with no overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multi‑drop routes delivering milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres.
• Load and unload trolleys, ensuring accurate documentation for each delivery.
• Perform driver and vehicle safety checks before and after each journey.
• Plan routes considering traffic, road works and safety restrictions to ensure timely deliveries.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence (LGV Cat C+E) with a current CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than six minor points on the licence and no CD, DD, DR or IN endorsements.
• Minimum six months of relevant driving experience.
• Physically able to load and unload trolleys.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
