Class 1 Night Driver (HGV)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Class 1 (C+E) driver to join a well‑established food distribution business in Bristol. The position is full‑time, night‑shift based, with a guaranteed 12‑hour shift pattern (four days out of seven) and immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 (C+E) HGVs on night shifts, delivering caged food ingredients.
- Load and unload roll cages (handball) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with safety standards.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of Class 1 (C+E) driving experience.
- Valid CPC and Tachograph card.
- Maximum six penalty points on licence (no DR, DD, IN codes).
- Comfortable with manual handling and night work.
Required skills
- Class 1 (C+E) vehicle operation.
- Manual handling of roll cages.
