Class 2 Delivery Driver – Night Shifts (Cheltenham)

About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Class 2 HGV driver for a well‑known dairy distribution business in Cheltenham. The position is night‑shift focused, running Sunday to Thursday with start times between 22:00 and 03:00, and offers an immediate start on a temp‑to‑perm basis.
Key responsibilities
- Complete 6‑10 deliveries and collections each shift.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Adhere to road transport legislation and company policies.
Required profile
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence with CPC and Digi cards.
- Ability to carry out manual handling safely.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented attitude.
