Class 2 Driver – Day Shifts (Gloucester)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Class 2 HGV driver for day‑time deliveries in Gloucester. The role offers regular Monday‑to‑Friday shifts starting around 07:00, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 vehicle for multi‑drop deliveries and collections (up to 15+ stops per day).
• Off‑load goods using the tail lift and a pallet truck.
• Provide excellent customer service on each delivery.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Required profile

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence.
• CPC qualification and a Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 9 penalty points on the licence.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual loading tasks.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude.
