Class 2 Driver – Delivery & Customer Service

About the role

Join LWC Drinks as a Class 2 Driver, delivering beverages to customers across the South East England region. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries while providing friendly, professional service and maintaining your vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the vehicle each day, conduct operator maintenance and load deliveries safely.
• Complete delivery notes, return sheets and collect payments.
• Handle special customer requests, picking up and delivering items as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and operational information.
• Plan routes using run sheets and delivery schedules, informing customers of any stock issues.
• Return empty cases and gas bottles to the designated yard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and pass check sheets to the Distribution Manager.
• Assist in the warehouse when needed and wear the correct LWC Drinks uniform.

Required profile

• Good safety practices and driving habits.
• Valid Class 2 driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid Class 2 driving licence.
