About the role
We are seeking Class 2 (Category C) drivers to join a well‑established waste and recycling operation in Staines. The role offers regular Monday‑to‑Friday hours, early starts, and the chance to work on long‑term, ongoing routes with immediate start dates.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a refuse collection vehicle on planned local routes.
- Work as part of a three‑person crew to collect household and commercial waste.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Deliver a safe, professional and efficient service in line with health‑and‑safety procedures.
Required profile
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points, no DR or IN endorsements.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
What we offer
- £16.00 per hour PAYE or £17.00 per hour Umbrella.
- Weekly pay, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule – no weekends.
- Early start times from 6:00 am.
- Ongoing, long‑term employment with immediate start options.
