About the role
We are looking for a reliable Class 2 HGV driver to join our team in Wigan. You will work Monday‑Friday and alternate Saturdays, delivering ambient, chilled and frozen food products for Fresh Direct, part of the Sysco group.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver orders to customers across the local region, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
- Maintain food hygiene standards and handle ambient, chilled and frozen goods appropriately.
- Complete load plans, keep accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Required profile
- Valid Class 2 driver licence with current CPC card.
- Commitment to high‑standard customer service and food safety.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Flexibility to work a shift system, including alternate Saturdays.
