Class 2 HIAB Driver – Flexible Temp Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver for a flexible, temporary assignment in Stroud. The role involves operating a HIAB‑equipped vehicle to deliver goods to commercial and residential sites across the South West. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane.
• Load and unload materials using the HIAB crane.
• Deliver goods to both commercial and residential locations.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid HIAB certification.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HIAB experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of driver hours and transport legislation.
• Professional, reliable and safety‑focused attitude.
