Class 2 Pallet Network Driver

About the role

The Class 2 Pallet Network Driver will safely operate HGV2/LGV2/Class 2 vehicles to perform multi‑drop pallet deliveries across the Southampton and Eastleigh area. You will be responsible for transporting palletised goods, completing paperwork and providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and operate HGV2, LGV2 and Class 2 vehicles within the pallet network.
• Complete multi‑drop deliveries of palletised goods, ensuring items are secured.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and digital records.
• Provide excellent customer service when delivering to clients.
• Perform vehicle checks before and after shifts and report any defects.
• Meet delivery timeframes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of goods when required.
• Maintain communication with the operations team and customers.
• Follow the company’s health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Clean driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Valid HGV2, LGV2 and Class 2 licences.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HGV driver.
• Willingness to perform multi‑drop routes and handle heavy loads.
• Experience working with pallet networks.
