Class 2 Tanker Driver

About the role

Gregory Distribution Group is seeking a Class 2 Wet Waste Tanker Driver to collect and deliver liquid sludge across the South West. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday with occasional Saturdays, starting between 6:00 am and 7:00 am.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver liquid sludge to customers throughout the region.
• Navigate rural routes and plan daily journeys for efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with the transport team and provide progress updates.
• Interact with customers face‑to‑face and by phone, delivering a professional service.
• Attend routine training sessions to develop and maintain skills.

Required profile

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Current Driver CPC (DCPC) card and Digital Tachograph card.
• Strong organisational ability and confidence meeting deadlines.
• Positive, polite manner with a strong team spirit.
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area and a self‑motivated attitude.
