Classic Car Workshop Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Classic Car Workshop Manager to lead a dedicated team of technicians in a prestigious classic car restoration business based in Hampshire. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the classic car workshop, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of eight skilled technicians.
• Allocate workflow efficiently across the workshop and monitor progress.
• Manage customer expectations through direct communication and front‑of‑house duties.
• Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve workshop efficiency and reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the classic car industry.
• Proven workshop management experience, preferably with luxury marques such as Aston Martin, Porsche or Jaguar.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to think strategically and introduce innovative workshop solutions.
• Stable background in classic vehicle servicing or restoration.
