Cleaner – Holiday Home Housekeeping

About the role

Join Parkdean Resorts' housekeeping team as a Cleaner, responsible for ensuring holiday homes are spotless and welcoming for guests. No prior experience is required – we provide training and a buddy to help you succeed. You will work as part of a supportive team to keep our parks clean and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain caravans, lodges and other holiday accommodations to high standards.
• Meet daily cleaning targets and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Collaborate with the Accommodation Supervisor to enhance guest satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely in line with COSHH guidelines.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, passion for hospitality and team spirit.
• Willingness to learn on the job and follow training.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
• You must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adhering to health and safety standards.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
