About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join a pet care manufacturing facility in Castle Cary. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for staff and production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of industrial areas, including production floors, restrooms, break areas, and offices.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in line with company policies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and hardworking.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £12.98.
- Time‑and‑a‑half for overtime (Mon‑Sat) and double time on Sundays.
- Shift: 14:00‑22:00, Monday to Friday.
- Temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.
