Cleaner/Shunter – Bus Depot (Blyth)

About the role
This full‑time, temporary position is based at a busy bus depot in Blyth. You will work evenings, five days a week, including occasional weekends, earning £12.71 per hour paid weekly. The role combines cleaning duties with moving buses within the depot, and full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Move buses around the depot (no road driving required)
- Refuel vehicles and perform oil checks
- Clean buses and other vehicles to a high standard
- Mop, brush and perform touch‑point cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, canteen and general depot areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Required profile
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage
