Cleaning Operative – Facilities Management

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our facilities management team. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites, supporting OCS’s commitment to safe and welcoming environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management.
• Use, maintain and care for cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with clients on‑site and address any queries or complaints promptly.
• Support the team by performing any reasonable duties allocated by supervisors.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
