Cleaning Operative

About the role

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join its facilities management team. Working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management.
• Use, maintain and care for cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Foster positive relationships with clients on contract sites.
• Respond promptly to any queries or complaints related to cleaning services.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
