About the role
You will join a dedicated cleaning team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential apartments in Southwark. The role involves both internal and external cleaning tasks across multiple blocks.
Key responsibilities
- Clean internal areas of residential apartments, including stairs, landings, and corridors.
- Sweep and mop stairs, landings, and corridors to a high standard.
- Wash bin rooms and block walls, ensuring they are free from grime.
- Identify recycling and household rubbish and place them in the correct containers.
- Pick litter and sweep external hard surfaces, play areas, and garages.
- Dust and scrub lift floors to maintain a clean appearance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on-site in residential blocks.
- Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Attention to detail when handling recycling and waste.
