Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning and food‑court staff in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our client’s premises. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with BICS standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of cleaners, allocating tasks and covering absences.
• Support the manager with budgeting, reporting and rota planning.
• Act as the primary contact for the client on compliance, audit, health & safety and cleaning schedules.
• Assist with a variety of tasks as needed to support the team and client.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities environment.
• Strong customer care and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to cover holidays and staff absences.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
