Clearing Relations Representative

About the role

The Clearing Relations Representative will join Marex’s Clearing Services team, supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of wholesale clients such as banks, funds and corporates. Based in London with a future move to Abu Dhabi, the role offers a fast‑track entry point into clearing operations and client‑facing services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC reviews and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clearing clients.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth technical setup and go‑live.
• Assess bespoke client requirements against revenue potential, resource needs and product roadmap.
• Deliver front‑to‑back clearing configuration, prepare documentation and guarantee exchange access and order‑routing capabilities.
• Communicate market and regulatory changes to clients and support risk and treasury issue resolution.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or junior professional eager to build a career in clearing and client services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
