Client Account Administrator – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Client Account Administrator to join our logistics and transportation team in Welham Green. This full‑time, on‑site position will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts with precision and care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within logistics or transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
