Client Account Manager

About the role

As a Client Account Manager at Liverpool Experience Campus, you will be the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, overseeing the full event lifecycle from sales to delivery. Leveraging ticketing expertise and commercial insight, you will help maximise revenue and ensure seamless execution of live events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout event planning and execution.
• Drive ticket sales and optimise commercial performance.
• Coordinate event builds and liaise with venue operations.
• Analyse event data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high service quality.
• Manage client relationships and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within event or venue environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and a problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills
