Client Account Manager

About the role

The Client Account Manager will own the end‑to‑end experience for our portfolio of creators, focusing on retention, growth and satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality support and driving long‑term value for both clients and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Lead structured onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to review performance, goals and growth opportunities.
• Identify churn risks early and develop retention strategies.
• Design recovery plans for disengaged accounts and analyse churn drivers.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure alignment with internal delivery teams.
• Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics to leadership.
• Handle escalations professionally and coordinate swift resolutions across teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Talent Management or a similar role.
• Proven experience using CRM systems and project‑management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable handling complex conversations.
• Strong ownership mindset, highly organised and accountable.
