Client Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive to join our busy sales team in Maidstone. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive new business growth by identifying and converting prospective clients, while supporting the wider commercial department.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, email, social media, networking and referrals.
• Support and execute tailored outreach campaigns for client acquisition.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers and act as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies.
• Provide feedback on outreach performance and maintain accurate campaign records.
• Track leads, monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and report on new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B sales or client acquisition role.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and comfortable using a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a relationship‑building mindset.
