Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Covent Garden)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Tiffany & Co. in Covent Garden, you will welcome guests into the world of Tiffany, inspire them with the brand’s heritage, and help them celebrate special moments through personalized service and luxury sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service that reflects Tiffany’s standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by inspiring clients and curating memorable experiences.
• Develop and execute client‑development strategies to drive sales, cross‑sales, and loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures, including inventory, reservations, transfers, and care services.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment that values collaboration and joy.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client‑facing hospitality role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and building relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work flexible, non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using client tracking systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook and email communication.
