Client Care Executive

About the role

The Client Care Executive will support existing customers of a reputable financial services firm in Leeds. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, ensuring each interaction meets high service standards and is resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of escalations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or contact‑centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced setting.
• Strong team player who can build client relationships.
