About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, legal, technology and change teams, communicating clearly in a collaborative environment.
• Execute client activities from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a seamless client experience.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities to reduce friction for clients and colleagues.
• Take ownership of personal development, set goals, seek feedback and contribute positively to team culture and D&I initiatives.
• Apply sound judgement, uphold integrity, handle sensitive information with discretion, and follow risk and compliance policies.
• Escalate issues promptly to mitigate risks and protect client trust.
