Client Deal Services Associate

About the role

We are building a new Client Deal Services team embedded within the Front Office Investment Bank. The Associate will support client outreach, document collection, onboarding case coordination and process optimisation for Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day wholesale onboarding initiatives, including KYC processing, quality checking, reporting and issue resolution.
• Gather Customer Due Diligence information from clients and front‑office teams to refresh or create KYC records in line with policy.
• Coordinate across Front Office, Operations, Product and support functions to drive complex client journeys from initiation to client readiness.
• Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding processes, develop new procedures and controls, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Produce performance reports and presentations for senior internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with CIB clients and strong internal/external stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of banking products, client onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet critical deadlines and maintain a focus on risk and control.
• Experience driving change initiatives and collaborating with global teams or third‑party vendors.
