About the role

Join a high‑performing marketing team at a leading international professional services firm as a Client Development & Communications Specialist. This 14‑month fixed‑term position (maternity cover) is based in London and offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic go‑to‑market initiatives and practice‑group plans.
• Create pitches, proposals, presentations and other client‑facing materials.
• Manage communications and PR campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
• Plan and deliver webinars, client events, sponsorships and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate client alerts, website content, lawyer biographies and digital communications.
• Conduct market, client and competitor research to uncover business opportunities.
• Support lateral partner integration and business‑development initiatives.
• Oversee legal‑directory submissions, track marketing metrics and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate across marketing, communications, digital and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing or business‑development experience within a law firm or professional‑services environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
