Client Development Manager – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 9‑month fixed‑term position supports an international law firm’s Global Client Relationship Team. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, strengthen strategic relationships and help drive revenue growth across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective account management to support revenue growth across practices and regions.
• Leverage client insights to anticipate needs, identify opportunities and shape tailored solutions.
• Champion best practice in client development and support scalable initiatives across sectors, countries and practice groups.
• Drive cross‑selling opportunities and highlight areas for strategic expansion.
• Contribute to client‑focused innovation, process improvement and opportunity identification.
• Support and manage projects aligned with the firm’s strategic client programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship or account management, preferably within professional services or complex matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills at senior level.
• Proactive, insight‑led approach to client development.
• Confidence working internationally and coordinating cross‑border teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and commercial awareness.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and drive strategic initiatives forward.
