Client Director – Commercial Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Director to help launch and grow our new Bristol office. You will manage a portfolio of mid‑corporate commercial insurance clients, focusing on new business development and long‑term client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial insurance clients across the South West.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Provide high‑quality advice on complex risk portfolios.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and national broking, claims, and operations teams.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and market stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Client Director or senior Account Executive in commercial insurance.
• Strong network and connections within the South West insurance market.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
