Client Engagement Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

We are looking for proactive Client Engagement Consultants to join our London team and support senior hiring for management‑consulting firms worldwide. The role combines business development, stakeholder management and the use of AI‑enabled research tools to deliver high‑value executive‑search assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with consulting leaders across international markets.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities, converting them into live search assignments.
• Manage end‑to‑end client and candidate interactions on international mandates.
• Leverage AI tools, research platforms and internal systems to improve search delivery and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor market developments and hiring trends within the consulting sector.
• For senior consultants, own larger client relationships and complex, multi‑country assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or executive‑search, preferably within consulting.
• Strong communication skills and commercial instinct.
• Relationship‑focused approach with confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Interest in AI, technology and modern ways of working.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office‑based environment.
