Client-Facing Paraplanner – Hybrid – £55-65k + Bonus

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning Chartered Financial Planning firm in the City of London to hire an experienced Client‑Facing Paraplanner. This hybrid role places you at the heart of the client journey, supporting Director‑level Financial Planners and high‑net‑worth individuals across a broad spectrum of advice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and contribute to advice strategy.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality suitability reports.
• Conduct technical research on investments, pensions, protection and tax‑efficient strategies.
• Manage annual review programmes and ongoing wealth‑management reviews.
• Provide a first‑class client experience at every stage of the advice process.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning firm.
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) and progressing towards Chartered status.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Production of suitability reports.
• Technical research and analysis of financial products.
• Client interaction and advisory support.
