About the role

As a Client Liaison & Administrator you will be the primary point of contact for customers across Broad Arrow’s lending, auction and private‑sale activities. You will work closely with Car Specialists to ensure a smooth, positive experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage loan onboarding and maintenance tasks, including data entry, document upload, autopay setup and client payment updates.
  • Maintain compliant deal files, process HPI registrations for UK loans and complete pre‑ and post‑payout checklists.
  • Conduct KYC, AML and credit searches to support due‑diligence.
  • Oversee the collateral database, reconciling liens, insurance, title status and inspection records.
  • Update the loan administration system as loans move through funding lines.
  • Build trusted client relationships through regular follow‑up, document collection and payment support.
  • Coordinate with internal Broad Arrow teams for valuations, NMVTIS searches and U.S. lien filings.
  • Assist specialists with term sheets, client presentations and sales support materials.
  • Support auction operations: process catalog requests, bidder registrations, invoicing and post‑sale settlement.
  • Provide onsite assistance during auctions and events, maintain accurate records and handle inbound inquiries promptly.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing administrative role, preferably in finance, automotive, collector‑car or auction environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
