Client Life-Cycle Specialist

About the role

The Client Life-Cycle Specialist will support the onboarding journey for private clients, trusts, charities and related structures within a leading wealth management firm in London. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition from prospect to active client.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in overseeing each stage of the client onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to deliver a high level of service to clients.
• Maintain accurate client static data and monitor data‑hygiene and regulatory impacts.
• Identify procedural and IT improvements, working with project resources to implement them.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects focused on data cleansing and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of private client structures (SIPPs, trusts, PICs, charities).
• Awareness of AML, compliance, CRS, FATCA, MiFID II, transaction reporting, RDR and US QI regulations.
• Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of interacting with clients and staff at all levels.
