About the role
We are seeking a Client Manager to join a well‑renowned accountancy practice in St. Austell. You will work in a positive environment that values flexibility, professional growth and high‑quality client service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support with accounting, tax and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships, acting as the trusted point of contact for each client.
- Support and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with Directors and Partners to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the practice’s growth.
Required profile
- Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice, preferably handling client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
