Client Manager Associate – Global Network Banking (London)

About the role

The Client Manager Associate will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients within Citi's Global Network Banking franchise in London. You will oversee onboarding, service coordination, credit management and KYC compliance, ensuring a seamless client experience and strong internal collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and support account managers in origination activities.
• Identify and originate low‑complexity opportunities and contribute to business campaigns.
• Manage credit requests, monitor credit lines and escalate exceptions.
• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, from CRM initiation to post‑implementation follow‑up and client training.
• Serve as the main contact for client escalations, operational flows and feedback tracking.
• Act as the designated KYC owner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate profiles and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in client management or a related role within financial services.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of operational processes.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulatory requirements and credit management practices.
