Accountancy Connections is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its Exeter office. You will be responsible for overseeing the full accounts preparation process, providing business advice, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end preparation of client accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, delivering business advice and support.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery and compliance with professional standards.
Required profile
- Qualified ACA or ACCA professional.
- Proven experience working in an accountancy practice.
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop junior team members.
