Client Manager – Korean Desk (Associate) – London

About the role

The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Korean‑corridor corporate clients, overseeing onboarding, implementation, service coordination and credit management. This associate‑level position sits within Citi’s Global Network Banking team in London and supports both existing relationships and new business origination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and support subsidiary, regional and parent account managers in origination activities.
• Identify and originate low‑complexity opportunities, contribute to account planning and corridor initiatives.
• Manage credit requests, monitor credit lines and escalate exceptions in coordination with internal teams.
• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, from CRM request initiation to post‑implementation follow‑up and client training.
• Serve as the main contact for client escalations, coordinate daily operational flows and capture client feedback.
• Act as the designated KYC owner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate profiles and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in client management or a related role within the financial services industry.
