Client Onboarding Executive

About the role

The Client Onboarding Executive is the primary point of contact for new Houst hosts in the UK and Ireland. You will guide property owners through a smooth onboarding journey, building trust and ensuring they can start earning quickly using Houst’s technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new properties via remote calls and face‑to‑face meetings in London.
• Set up client accounts, capture accurate property details and service requirements.
• Provide clear training on Houst’s tools and services.
• Address initial client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Confident, people‑focused professional who enjoys building new relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to create accurate inventories.
• Organised, efficient with time and able to work independently or within a small team.
• Enthusiastic about using technology to transform the short‑term accommodation sector.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced start‑up environments and good knowledge of London.
