Client Onboarding Vice President

About the role

Join J.P. Morgan as a Client Onboarding Vice President and lead a high‑performing team within our fund servicing operations. You will use your deep fund accounting expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients while driving innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accurate accounting and securities record‑keeping for each administered fund, ensuring strict adherence to controls.
• Lead resolution of complex accounting or securities transaction issues that breach system validation tolerances.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, focusing on process automation, efficiency, scale and resilience of the operating platform.
• Partner with technology, operations and product teams to manage service delivery, reporting and issue escalation.
• Provide status updates and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Build and maintain a network of internal partners to promote client focus and service quality.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
