Client Payroll Manager (Hybrid) – £60k + Bonus

About the role

The Client Payroll Manager will lead the delivery of payroll services for a range of financial services clients in Harrow. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, on time and in full compliance with UK legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for client organisations of 1‑200 employees.
• Act as the first point of escalation for client queries and issues.
• Maintain service level agreements and guarantee legislative compliance.
• Implement and continuously improve payroll controls and processes.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the payroll cycle to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a payroll bureau or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑frequency UK payrolls and meet SLA targets.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering payroll services to financial services clients is preferred.
